There will be a 20-megapixel front camera and a Leica-engineered 50-megapixel triple rear camera. Xiaomi 12 Ultra can have up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor will be driving the show. There is said to be a 50MP triple rear camera setup powered by Lecia and a 20MP selfie shooter at the front.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is rumored to pack a quad rear camera setup along with an unspecified primary camera. This is a single front camera setup for selfies, an unspecified primary camera. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra India launch is expected later this year.
